obette Ann Dias is an Executive Co-Director of Crossroads and a core organizer/trainer on the Crossroads staff. Formerly, Robette was an anti-racism program coordinator for the Unitarian Universalist Association's Faith In Action Department, providing training, technical support and advocacy for the Journey Toward Wholeness initiative. As a Karuk Indian, Robette brings a specifically indigenous perspective to her work as an anti-racism activist. She is the past president of Diverse & Revolutionary UU Multicultural Ministries (DRUUMM) the continental support and advocacy organization for Unitarian Universalist People of Color.

akou Her is the Director of the Leadership Development Institute at Crossroads and a core organizer/trainer on the Crossroads staff. She is a second-generation Asian American of Hmong descent who began anti-racism work as a college student organizer which led to the birth of the Dismantling Racism Group at Macalester College (St. Paul, MN), a collective student, faculty, staff, administrative and community organization designed to educate and organize against institutional racism in higher education. Additionally Pakou developed a comprehensive English language curriculum with content rooted in Hmong culture and history, and has also worked at the Minnesota Children's Museum developing educational programming and advancing an early childhood anti-racism/anti-bias initiative.

huck Ruehle is an Executive Co-Director of Crossroads and a core organizer/trainer on the Crossroads staff. He has also produced anti-racism organizing and training resources, including ENDING RACISM: Working For A Racism Free 21st Century. The video is designed to help institutions and communities begin to develop an understanding of systemic anti-racism work. Chuck is a Lutheran Pastor and he served an urban parish in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 1986 to 1995. He lives in Racine, WI with his wife, Pastor Susan Ruehle. He is also an artist.
